Recipes and Tour of the Garden at Channel Rock

I wrote, formatted, and designed this cookbook of the homestead chefs from Channel Rock on Cortes Island, British Columbia. This 140 acre homestead has been the proud site of many weddings, events, corporate retreats, classes, and more. Its beautiful summer garden has been the amazing inspiration to its chefs, head chef Dianne West and others, and kitchen staff who volunteered the recipes for this book care of the Friends of Channel Rock.
